Key West’s annual Wienerpalooza canine parade and fundraiser will step off at midday on Saturday, Jan. 18. Members are requested to satisfy in entrance of the Customized Home, 281 Entrance St., at 11:30 a.m. Pet portraits by photographer Rob O’Neal will start at 11:45 a.m.
The strolling route is stored transient to cater to the dachshunds’ quick legs. It begins on the Customized Home and ends at Hank’s Hair of the Canine Saloon, 409 Caroline St., the place a celebration will comply with, together with raffles and drink specials.
All dachshunds and “wiener canine wannabes” are invited to take part carrying their traditional fur coats, or different clothes, equipment or costumes. One perennial favourite is a dachshund dressed as a scorching canine.
