Pricey Editor,
The Ceremony of Gratitude offered by the Daughters of the American Revolution, hosted by Italian Meals Firm homeowners Tony and Isis Wright and Bobbie Wright, in Key Largo on March 18 was a powerful occasion. The entire Vietnam veterans being honored earlier than their households and vital others have been acknowledged and offered with a commemorative pin earlier than being handled to lunch.
The Florida Keys Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution underneath the management of First Vice Regent Linda Norman and Honorary Chapter Regent Kate Granger, together with their members, confirmed all the Vietnam veterans love and respect. The constructive power and compassion delivered by these girls to all in attendance was ample. It touched and uplifted the life of each veteran in attendance.
Together with most of the different veterans, I didn’t notice how cathartic this occasion can be.
In closing, your wonderful publication has been a bulwark in supporting and recognizing the sacrifices made by our nation’s veterans. Thanks so very a lot to all.
John Donnelly, Key Largo
